Metropolitan College in partnership with AIESEC
Metropolitan College hosted AIESEC Interns Preparation Seminar at Maroussi Campus on January 17th & 18th, 2017. A number of international students who recently joined AIESEC received training on the group’s activities, along with the famous Greek culture and local way of living. The students will spend 6 weeks in Greece doing their internship in schools, NGOs and kindergartens with a view to enhancing their leadership skills and their social profile.
Metropolitan College will soon announce a series of joint activities with AIESEC, in line with the College’s plan to foster extroversion and entrepreneurship.
AIESEC was officially founded in 1948 and it is the world’s largest youth-led network, creating positive impact through personal development and shared global experiences. It provides young people with self-driven, practical, global experiences, enabling them to see the world, make a real difference and discover what truly matters to them. AIESEC today consists of 70,000+ volunteers and full-time staff, divided in 126 youth-run member committees around the world, who all work in achieving its mission across 126+ countries and territories. They each manage and deliver youth programmes which are made possible by thousands of partner organisations and active volunteer and full-time members.
